SOA RAINSTORM

The Nerf SOA Rainstorm (also referred to as the Super Soaker Rainstorm) is a water-blasting toy designed for outdoor fun. It features a pump-action mechanism: immerse the front in water, pull back to fill, then push forward to launch a strong stream. Its tank holds about 22 fluid ounces (≈650 mL) of water.
