Domestic Delivery (Jordan)

We offer fast and efficient delivery across Jordan using our own dedicated delivery fleet.

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Amman Time):

  • Delivered the same day within Amman.
  • Delivered the next business day if the delivery address is outside Amman.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Amman Time):

  • Delivered the next business day regardless of location.

• Delivery Fees:

  • Free delivery for orders above 100 Jd
  • 3 Jd delivery fees for orders less than 100 Jd

International Delivery

We deliver worldwide using trusted international couriers.

• Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 5-7 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Delivery time may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees vary based on the destination and package weight. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

General Delivery Terms

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
• If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
